Institutions
The IDeA center was jointly founded in 2008 by the DIPF (German Institute for International Educational Research) and Goethe Universität Frankfurt. The Sigmund-Freud-Institut (SFI) in Frankfurt is its permanent cooperation partner. The overall control of the interdisciplinary center lies with the DIPF (German Institute for International Educational Research); its Scientific Coordinator is Marcus Hasselhorn, Chair for Psychology at Goethe Universität and Chair of the Center for Education and Human Development at the DIPF (German Institute for International Educational Research).
